Career Progression

To support our employees’ career progression to next levels of organisational structure we have created two distinct development tracks:

  1. Expert Track for Individual Contributors = Employees without leadership responsibilities
  2. Leadership Track = Employees with leadership responsibilities

  ❗Coordinating work of Working Students does not qualify for this track


Each of the tracks includes 5 Seniority Levels, representing the level in the Organisational Structure and reflecting the experience, responsibilities, and our expectations at each tier.
