During the second interview, you will meet your future manager and discuss your expectations for the role, your attributes, and your skills. You will gain a deeper understanding of the role, current projects, and your tasks as a part of the team. Additionally, there will be time for questions.

If your conversation with your future manager went well and you are still interested in the position, it's time for our case study/code challenge. You will receive your case study with all further instructions via email from the people team.

What could be more important than meeting your future team? In some cases, this may also involve discussing your case study results. The team will have prepared questions, and you are welcome to ask team-related questions as well.
