Our purpose is to deliver on the promise that mental health is a human right. 🧠✨ Every day, we inspire HCPs to integrate HelloBetter into their daily practice and clinic routine 🏥📆 and help patients to a better life with our therapies. ❤️💪
Core Responsibilities
We are establishing and expanding relationships with HCPs throughout Germany. 🇩🇪 This is mainly done through personal meetings on-site, online or by telephone. 🤝💻📞 We get HCPs excited about HelloBetter DiGA, support them in their day-to-day practice 🏥📆 and ultimately help patients to a better life through our effective therapies. ❤️💪 The result is as many activations as possible! 🚀

Meeting Cadence 🗓️
We start the adventure every Monday with a 90-minute "Kick-Off the Week" 🚀 and end it together on Fridays with a short "End the Week" 🎉. This is mainly about important updates, joint decision-making, sales enablement and sharing highlights and best practices.

Every quarter, an on-site sales meeting is held over two days. It mainly includes strategic points, as well as sales training, workshops and retrospectives. The highlight here is our team event in the evening, which is often followed by the HelloBetter summer or winter party! 🎉❄️☀️
